It’s a very good year to be Milton Williams.
Not only is he a Super Bowl champion but he is about to get life-changing money as a free agent — and it will be well deserved.
Williams checks pretty much every box as a desirable free agent:
—Young
—Important Position
—Impacts the QB
—Upside
Williams turns 26 in April and has played in every game but one in 4 years. His 11.5 sacks in 5 years isn’t amazing but 5 of them came in 2024, a sign his best days are ahead of him.
He was the 15th best graded DT in PFF overall, but more importantly he was graded the No. 1 pass rusher among DTs. He had as many hurries as Jalen Carter and graded out higher than Chris Jones.
The only thing Williams lacks are Pro Bowl/All-Pro accolades and tape as a full-time player — but that won’t stop teams from lining up to pay him.

Overall Takeaway:
Williams is going to get at least 3-years, $60m-ish, with $25m guaranteed and very likely more guaranteed than that. Could be upwards of $30m or $35m+ if teams really like the upside. I don't think he gets the $50m but wouldn’t completely rule it out. If there is one player the Eagles should pay big money for this offseason it is Williams. The chance to retain a homegrown talent like Williams at his age and ability is one worth paying big money for
Chances he re-signs with Eagles: 20%
