Howie Roseman is "open to anything" when it comes to the October 29th NFL trade deadline, according to radio.com sports NFL insider Jason La Canfora.
"I'm interested to see what they do look like after the deadline because I do think Howie will provide a shot in the arm somewhere," La Canfora said. "The Eagles started making calls in Week 4. That process has been going on for quite some time now."
The two positions Philadelphia could use help in via the trade market is cornerback and wide receiver. La Canfora ran through some names that have been mentioned in trade talks and rumors.
Bengals WR A.J. Green: La Canfora says he believes some team will offer a first-round pick. Other potential Bengals that could be dealt, according to La Canfora, are Geno Atkins, Carlos Dunlap, Dre Kirkpatrick, Tyler Eifert.
Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson: "They've been looking at corners for awhile now," La Canfora said. "I know they have been looking at corners for awhile. I know they love Patrick Peterson. I don't think Patrick Peterson will be dealt."
Dolphins WR DaVante Parker: "Yeah you can take a flier on him. He's another guy who has not really been healthy at all. Flashes occassionally. Yeah, it may be worth a flier.
"You can look at guy like (Bears WR Taylor) Gabriel in Chicago who's not seeing the field and say hey, what about doing something," he said. "What about (Cowboys WR) Tavon Austin, who doesn't get on the field for Dallas, but obviously if you've got the right scheme and you've got the right people there you may say, 'There's ten percent of our playbook that we think he can help us win in for our fifth-round pick, sixth-round pick, it may be worth it. Just that element of speed."
Jets WR Robby Anderson: "I don't think (he will be moved). When he's with a healthy Sam Darnold some interesting things have happened and he's got take the top off the defense type speed. They don't have a lot of those other commodities. A lot of their other receivers tend to be hurt quite frequently. The guy I think they'll move is Leonard Williams.
Broncos CB Chris Harris: "I think Denver has to (trade him). I think Derek Wolf is another guy. Keeping them would make no sense."
