Jordan Davis humbly discusses his viral moment: 'Just one rep'

Philadelphia Eagles rookie defensive tackle Jordan Davis went viral over the weekend for the way he man handled rookie center Cam Jurgens at the team's open practice on Sunday night.

The 6'6", 360-pound tackle spoke about the viral clip on Tuesday's 94WIP Midday Show with Joe DeCamara and Jody McDonald (filling in for Jon Ritchie).

"Even though that video got out, you don't really see Cam Jurgens holding his own during practice and giving me great competition," the 22-year-old Davis said modestly. "Everything can be deceiving, that's one rep. It's kind of hard to stop a bull rush, especially when you're moving back as an offensive lineman. That's hard for anybody."

Davis was the Eagles' 13th overall pick in this year's draft, while Jurgens was selected in round two, as the team's likely replacement at center to 34-year-old All-Pro Jason Kelce.

It was announced on Tuesday, following Davis' interview on 94WIP, that Kelce will undergo "routine cleanout" surgery for his right elbow, meaning Jurgens could be the Eagles' Week 1 starter at center.
