Philadelphia Eagles veteran leaders Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox were strong in their support for head coach Nick Sirianni during Wednesday's locker room exit interviews.
Kelce called Sirianni a "great head coach," adding he will "always have faith in Nick Sirianni."
An irritated Cox said, "What is there to talk about? We don't look at firing a man who obviously won 10-plus games two years in a row. Has took this organization to three playoff appearances three years in a row. That's a respect. Coach is a good leader for this team, he does a really good job."
Offensive lineman Jordan Mailata echoed similar sentiment saying, "He took us to the Super Bowl, playoffs three straight years…that has to mean something. I love that he is my coach," per Ashlyn Sullivan.
Lifelong Eagles Cox, 33, and Kelce, 36, both enter the offseason as free-agents, with Kelce heavily weighing retirement.
Mailata, 26, is under contract through 2025.
