Joe DeCamara is doing a 180 on his previous take that the Eagles going 6-0 over a six-game stretch was "impossible," as he now says it is a very real possibility.
"6-0 in these six games is now starting to come into focus," Joe said. "There is a legitimate chance that the Eagles might go 6-0. They have a really real, good shot to go 6-0 the rest of the way.
"The word I used was the 'I' word, 'impossible.' That's correct, and I really believed that. But they got the hardest one out of the way."
The Eagles have gotten the Chiefs out of the way, and while they still have a road matchup with the Cowboys and a home battle with the 49ers coming up in the next five weeks, Joe is confident they can head into the final two games of the season with still just one loss, and would put them in great position to rest up for the postseason.
"If you want to take your pound of flesh, you can take it," Joe said. "But there is a real shot they go 15-1, and say game 17 doesn't matter. They really might run the table until they decide it's time to put in…a Tanner McKee game or two this year."
