Douglas, Giglio react to Kenny Gainwell saying the Eagles were disconnected
Joe Giglio and Hugh Douglas are concerned that the Eagles still have a culture issue after hearing the recent comments from running back Kenny Gainwell.
"My concern this morning is that despite all of the roster changes that the Eagles still have a culture issue they haven't figured out," Giglio said on Wednesday's 94WIP Midday Show. "He's calling out the front office, that's not just football, he's calling out the front office there."
"What you've done, inadvertently Kenny Gainwell, is you've made going into these OTAs somewhat awkward for you and your teammates," said Douglas. "This is not going away bro."
Gainwell recently talked about last season's collapse, admitting there was a connection issue and referencing a disconnect between "upstairs and downstairs." Gainwell also mentions the Chiefs and an example of a connected organization.
