The Eagles are activating rookie C/G Landon Dickerson, according to Mike Garafolo. The move comes right ahead of final cuts and makes Dickerson eligible for practice.
The big news here is that Dickerson will make the 53-man roster. The Eagles can now decide to put him on the Injured Reserve list or make him active. If he went on the IR, he would be out at least 3 weeks.
Dickerson was designated to the NFI list back on July 28th, the day before the first training camp practice to recover from a torn ACL he suffered in the SEC Championship game. The Eagles 2021 second-round pick out of Alabama is expected to make an impact on the offensive line when he returns.
