Dr. Benjamin Chu, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon with Central Montgomery Orthopedics located in Lansdale, Pa.
Chu discussed the Eagles' Week 4 injuries including Jordan Mailata's shoulder injury, Darius Slay's forearm injury, and the hit kicker Jake Elliott took.
Mailata will receive an MRI on his shoulder today.
Dr. Chu is board certified in orthopedic surgery with a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine specializing in ACL and rotator cuff tears.
He is also the head team physician for the North Penn Knights Ice Hockey Club, Lansdale Catholic High School and Norristown High Schools.
Dr. Chu is extremely honored to be named to Philadelphia Magazine Top Docs in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Dr. Chu is the assistant coach for the Methacton Warriors 12 and under Pop Warner football team which is 5-0.
