Orthopedic surgeon on Jalen Hurts' possible concussion

Dr. Bishop joined Friday's 94WIP Morning Show to discuss the potential concussion Jalen Hurts suffered in Thursday night's Eagles' win.
Dr. Bishop specializes in sports related injuries of the knee, shoulder and elbow.
Dr. Bishop has served as the orthopaedic medical director for the Philadelphia Marathon and provided medical coverage for the elite athletes at the New York City Marathon.

Dr. Bishop served as head team physician of the New York Empire American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) Team and is the Chair of the AUDL Research Committee
DrlBishop Special clinical interests include anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, multi-ligament knee injuries, knee meniscus tears, patellofemoral instability and pain, cartilage restoration procedures, shoulder instability and labral tears, as well as rotator cuff repair. She has a special interest in sports-related injuries of the female athlete.
Dr. Bishop competed in the Olympic Trials in the Marathon in 2020 and had her son Logan later that same year!
