Eliot Shorr-Parks came in hot during day one of our live broadcasts from Super Bowl row in New Orleans, saying Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts are "basically the same."
"The numbers are the numbers," Shorr-Parks told Hugh Douglas and Joe Giglio on Monday's 94WIP Midday Show live in New Orleans.
"I am including what matters. Does anyone here think yards matter? It's winning, touchdowns, going to the Super Bowl," he said when Giglio mentioned that he left out passing yards in his tweet.
Another topic ESP feels strongly about is, the Eagles' pursuit of Myles Garrett. The star Cleveland pass rusher has officially requested a trade and Shorr-Parks believes Howie Roseman should acquire him after the season, win or lose on Sunday.
"Whether they win or lose, I think Myles Garrett is the missing piece," Shorr-Parks said. "The one thing this team does not have is an elite edge rusher.
