Eliot Shorr-Parks is extremely confident that Haason Reddick will not hold out during Training Camp this summer.

"I think there is zero chance that Haason Reddick holds out that if by Training Camp he does not have a new contract. Because the benefit the handling this the way that they're handling it, Haason Reddick is going to see his market. If he was going to hold out, it would have been last year. He had more leverage, number one. They were coming off of obviously being close to winning a Super Bowl, he was coming off of a career year, they were being viewed as Super Bowl contenders heading into the season. That was the time to do it.

"But right now him and his agent are allowed to go to every other team and say, 'What are you willing to pay me?' And if they find a deal that the Eagles are not willing to pay, then the Eagles are probably going to trade him. The benefit of doing this is you either get Haason Reddick back as a happy player, excited to be back in Philly or you trade him. It's all the way to Training Camp. In OTAs, like maybe there's a small chance he doesn't come to voluntary if this is still not resolved. But if Training Camp starts and he is still on the roster, he will be at Training Camp."

The Eagles have reportedly given Reddick permission to seek a trade, but Reddick has made it clear he wants an extension to remain in Philadelphia.

"I think it was really important to Haason that he let Eagles fans know, that he let Philly know, 'Listen this is home for me. I played here at Temple, I grew up here, I cherished my time being an Eagle, these last couple of years, especially. But I didn't request a trade,'" Bleacher Report's Jordan Schultz told the 94WIP Midday Show this week.

"On the other side, Philly has every right to do this. There is no bad blood. They did this last year with Darius Slay, they obviously brought him back. Haason was very clear when we spoke yesterday at length that, 'I understand this is a business, I have no ill will towards the Eagles.' And I think as a result, both sides are operations—OK, there is a possibility Haason is going to get traded, we certainly are going to give his agent Tory Dandy the opportunity to see what is out there and then we'll go from there."

Reddick is entering the final year of his three-year, $45 million contract, which has no guaranteed money remaining.

Reddick, 29, had 16.0 regular season sacks and 3.5 playoff sacks in his first season an Eagle and then 11.0 sacks last regular season.
