PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia Eagles rookie is facing charges of rape and kidnapping in Ohio.

Prosecutors indicted 25-year-old offensive lineman Joshua Sills for allegedly raping a woman in December 2019.

Sills, who is from Guernsey County, Ohio, is scheduled to appear in court in the Buckeye State on Feb. 16.

Sills only played in one regular-season game this year.
