The Philadelphia Eagles have just an 8.4-percent chance to win the Super Bowl, according to ESPN's Football Power Index.
"I don't think nationally that people respect our coach and quarterback the way they should, the way we know how good they are," James Seltzer said on Tuesday's 94WIP Morning Show reacted to ESPN's FPI.
"I think it's mostly about Sirianni," Joe DeCamara replied. "I think the national sees Sirianni as a joke."
Here are the top five teams in terms of chances to win the Super Bowl, based on ESPN's FPI:
DET 25.8%
BAL 13.8%
KC 12.3%
BUF 9.7%
PHI 8.4%
ESPN's FPI is based on 10,000 simulations of the rest of the season using results to date and remaining schedules. Obviously, the Lions have a huge advantage with home-field and a first-round bye.
When you look at percent chances to reach the Super Bowl, Detroit has a 42.4%. The next closest team is the Chiefs at 28.9%, while the Eagles are fifth at just 15.1%.
