Eliot Shorr-Parks 'guarantees' Eagles win over Giants
Eliot Shorr-Parks shocked the 94WIP Morning Show on Friday, pulling a Charles Barkley and guaranteeing an Eagles victory over the Giants.
ESP: "I am guaranteeing they're are going to win the game. I feel extremely confident.
Joe DeCamara: "What are you Joe Namath, what is this?"
Jon Ritchie: "I am so worried now."
ESP: "I rarely, if ever, guarantee a win but when I do I'm almost never wrong."
DeCamara: "Why do you feel this way?"
ESP: "Because I think this team took a step forward last week and no one wants to think about it or talk about it because everyone is so mad that Nick brought his kids to the podium! The team played way better."
Rhea Hughes: "Eliot, the people were mad because they were tied at 10 with the Browns in the fourth quarter."
ESP: "Part of the reason part of the reason that game was close was because of the field goal block and yes that does matter. But ultimately, the offense and the defense gave you mostly what you wanted to see last week. The defense didn't allow a touchdown, the offense didn't turn the ball over...The Giants don't have great players on offense or defense...I didn't say they are going to blow the Giants out, but they are going to win on Sunday."
The 3-2 Eagles are small three-point favorites on the road at MetLife Stadium on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. against the 2-4 New York Giants.
