Ray Didinger told a legendary story about Dick Vermeil's message to the Philadelphia Eagles the night before they faced the Dallas Cowboys in Dallas on Monday Night Football in 1979.
Didinger called Vermeil one of the best motivators he's ever come across in his life.
The Eagles won 31-21 on November 12th, 1979 as Ron Jaworski threw for 145 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INT while Wilbert Montgomery rushed for 127 and a score.
