The Eagles and Nick Sirianni will reportedly go over potential options for their offensive and defensive coordinators for next season, though that doesn't guarantee ownership will decide to keep Sirianni.
Jon Ritchie gets no comfort from the idea of Sirianni picking new coordinators.
"His offensive coordinators were really good in Jonathan Gannon and Shane Steichen, and they got poached after a season and a half," Ritchie said. "We discovered he couldn't account for that. He couldn't make up for what they brought.
"How is it realistic to assume he knows more people like that? All of those people are here! He brought his best here, and they've already been poached. In the meantime, he's been here. Who is he out there meeting to bring in more people? He's not out there making those new relationships."
Ritchie has made it clear that he wants Sirianni gone, and if he stays, he has little faith that Sirianni will have the ability to fix this season's mistakes by bringing in the right coaches.
"This is a guy who doesn't have those roots that spread out in this league," Ritchie said. "Where he can go draw five or six new offensive coordinators out of the woodwork."
