San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan is happy his team is facing the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia during Week 13, rather than Week 1.

"I don't like going back to Philly again," Shanahan also said. "My wife is bitter about it, she didn't like her fan experience in the stands, so she's not going this time."

Shanahan is of course referencing last season's NFC Championship game, when the 49ers lost their quarterback Brock Purdy to injury and eventual lost the game 31-7.

The NFL schedule will be released on Thursday night at 8pm, but games have begun to get leaked and released one by one on social media, including the 49ers at Eagles in Week 13 on FOX which was confirmed by the Eagles.

The 49ers have been vocal about the loss to the Eagles, mostly saying the outcome would have been different if Purdy did not get hurt.

The rematch will be fun.
