Dr. Alfonso J. Arevalo, DO is an orthopedic surgeon at Delaware Orthopedic Specialist with locations in Newark Metro, North Wilmington, and Stanton, Delaware.
Dr. Arevalo joined Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie on Monday's 94WIP Morning Show to discuss injuries to Eagles RB D'Andre Swift and QB Jalen Hurts.
Dr. Arevalo specializes in sports medicine and minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of the hip, knee and shoulder.
Dr. Arevalo was born in Greenburg, Pa. He attended Boston University and captained the schools club ice hockey team.

Dr. Arevalo pursued a fellowship in orthopedics sports medicine at University of Buffalo and while there he gained experience working with a variety of athletes and teams, including the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Rochester Americans and Hilbert College.
Dr. Arevalo still enjoys playing ice hockey and is expecting his second daughter any day now.
