Calling all Carson Wentz fans. Ike Reese, the leader of LTBB—Let The Bronco Buck—is rallying all the Wentz (the "Bronco") supporters for a State of the Bronco meeting.
The LTBB National Convention will convene on Friday, November 6th on the Marks & Reese show to discuss everything related to the Eagles franchise quarterback Carson Wentz.
"Unfortunately for the community, we have been muted a little bit because we don't know when it's safe to jump out there and raise our flag," said Reese on Tuesday.
"Carson has been up and down, so people are a little shy to jump out there.
Friday will be the day, and I will have rallied the troops."
Marks & Reese are looking for chapter representatives for the LTBB from across the country.
Already callers from Miami, Virginia, Boca Raton and several parts of Philadelphia have nominated themselves as representatives for their respective areas.
Wentz has had his worst year as a pro in 2020. The Bronco has a career low 58.4% completion percentage and a career high 12 interceptions and has equaled his 2019 total of seven fumbles. He currently ranks 30th in the NFL in passer rating and 28th in QBR per ESPN. At the same time, even during his worst year, he has shown flashes of solid quarterback play against tough teams and in tough situations.
His clutch fourth quarter performances are the reason the Eagles beat the Giants and 49ers, while he played well against top defenses like the Steelers and Ravens.
The LTBB was founded by Ike Reese in August of 2019 when Wentz was facing backlash heading into his fourth season. Since then, Reese and his community have defended Wentz and his abilities against nay-sayers and doubters. This past offseason, the LTBB community went to bat against Joe Giglio and Eliot Shorr-Parks who supported Nick Foles during Once And For All week. Friday promises to be a retrospective look at the franchise quarterback.
