"We played for each other for 60 minutes," Sirianni said in the video. "That's the dog mentality, that's the dog mentality right there. When the cage opens up, I don't care what the score was in the first half, when that cage opens up again our teeth our snarling. We're drooling and we're ready and we're hungry and ready to hunt again! And again, and again, and again.
"That's a great team win guys, but guess what? We're gonna enjoy this for a little bit and then it's round two. Then it's round two, this time it's in Philly. It's in Philly, round two!"
Round two is against the San Francisco 49ers, who beat the Lions 41-33 in Week 1, at the Linc. The Eagles are currently 3.5 point underdogs at home.
Jeffrey Lurie also spoke and congratulated Sirianni and the coaching staff. And finally, 33-year-old veteran defensive end and leader Brandon Graham addressed his teammates to conclude.
Sirianni joined Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show on Monday morning for his first weekly call-in of the season. You can listen to the interview below.
