Audacy has announced the new Midday Show for SportsRadio 94WIP in Philadelphia, as the programming shuffling continues, and it will be Joe Giglio and Hugh Douglas.
Giglio and Ike Reese made the announcement on the air Wednesday at 3pm.
With Angelo Cataldi set to retire at the end of the Philadelphia Eagles' season and Joe DeCamara, Jon Ritchie, and James Seltzer joining Rhea Hughes to form the new 94WIP Morning Show, Giglio moves down from his Evening Show to become the new Midday Show host and welcomes Douglas as his co-host.

Here's what the new 94WIP full-time on-air schedule will look like, launching one week after the conclusion of the Eagles' season:

▪️ 94WIP Midday Show (10am-2pm): Joe Giglio and Hugh Douglas
▪️ 94WIP Afternoon Show (2-6pm): Jon Marks and Ike Reese

Douglas, a member of the Eagles' Hall Of Fame and fourth all-time on the team's sack leaderboard, previously spent time at WIP as a broadcaster before working as an NFL analyst at ESPN.
Of course, Douglas and Reese were teammates with the Eagles from 1998 to 2002 and are now once again teammates at WIP.
“The best years of my NFL career were in Philly, and I cut my teeth in broadcasting at WIP,” said Douglas. “I’m so excited to be back and hosting middays with Joe Giglio. I’m coming home!”

Giglio broke into the industry after winning New York sister station WFAN’s Fantasy Phenom contest in 2012. A year later, Giglio joined WIP as a fill-in host. Since 2017, he has hosted evenings for the station, including Philadelphia Phillies pregame and postgame shows. Additionally, Giglio has been a host on “BetQL Daily,” weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.ET on the BetQL Network.
