The Philadelphia Phillies took a 7-0 lead into the bottom of the 4th inning of last night's game against the Diamondbacks in Arizona. It was late, as the game started at 9:40pm E.T., and plenty of Phillies fans went to sleep thinking the game was over.
But it was not.
The now 60-67 Dbacks set franchise records scoring six runs in back-to-back innings for the first time in franchise history, completing the comeback to win 13-7, their biggest comeback in franchise history.
Ranger Suarez allowed two earned runs in just 3.2 innings before Cristopher Sanchez came in and allowed five earned runs in 0.2 innings.
Lots of baseball left in this one.
