The Phillies took a 1-0 NLDS lead over the Braves on Saturday night and the Eagles improved to 5-0 against the Rams on Sunday.
It is a magical time in Philadelphia sports and Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie were fired up on Monday's 94WIP Morning Show.
"Yesterday was an outstanding victory by the Eagles, just outstanding," DeCamara began. "That's what we've been looking for. They looked impressive yesterday, in a way I would say to a large extent, they really hadn't in the first four games."
"We are beating the best team in baseball," Ritchie said transitioning to the Phillies. "I expect to come back from Atlanta up 2-0 in this series. This is insane!"
"I loved how you just skipped over the Eagles stuff, this is great," DeCamara said. "Look how fired up you are, I love it."
"Let's gooo!" James Seltzer screamed.
"I had to get that in," Ritchie said. "There's a parallel. The Eagles played their best game, not close, it was masterful. But there's still room to improve."
The Phillies face the Braves at 6:07pm tonight in Game 2 of the NLDS in Atlanta.
