Road to WrestleMania: Elimination Chamber 2024 Preview & Predictions

WWE's Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event in Perth, Australia is the last PLE before WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia. A lot is riding on these matches as the results of this card will shape the Championship matches of WrestleMania. The winner of the Men's elimination chamber match will face World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins while the Women's chamber winner will compete for the Women's world championship against either Rhea Ripley or Nia Jax at WrestleMania. The undisputed tag-team champions The Judgement Day (Damien Priest & Finn Balor) are looking to defend their titles and continue their dominant run through the tag-team division.

WWE has yet to confirm the final order of the card, so I am using my best
judgment to determine the order of the matches.

Women's Elimination Chamber Match: Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Raquel Rodriguez

The winner of the Women's Elimination Chamber will face either Rhea Ripley or Nia Jax at WrestleMania for the Women's World Championship. This star-studded elimination chamber lineup features four former women's world champions Lynch, Belair, Morgan, and Naomi, and two rising talents Tiffany Stratton and Raquel Rodriquez. Stratton made her SmackDown debut only two weeks ago and is already making a title push in the elimination chamber. This match could go down a few ways but I believe Becky Lynch will emerge victorious from the elimination chamber. WWE has tip-toed around booking Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley anywhere near each other since Ripley became the champion, it only makes sense they are saving a matchup of this caliber for the biggest stage of them all, at WrestleMania XL.

Predicted Results: "The Man" Becky Lynch

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships: The Judgement Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor) (champion) vs. Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate

There isn't much to say here, the Judgement day continues to dominate the tag-team division and there is no reason to believe they will drop the titles anytime before WrestleMania. This match feels more like a stopgap than anything.

Predicted Results: The Judgement Day retains.

Women's World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax

The Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley is sure to put on
quite the show in her home country of Australia. Leading up to
this event she has talked about how excited she is to perform in
front of a home crowd. Since making her return in September Nia
Jax has been gunning for champion Rhea Ripley, interfering in
Ripley's matches, taking cheap shots, and claiming the women's division is hers for the taking. This is Rhea Ripley's chance to have the most dominant showing of her title reign so far, in front of her home crowd against perhaps the only woman on the roster who can challenge her in brute strength. Ripley will likely retain her championship and continue her reign of dominance until WrestleMania where she would defend her title against the winner of the women's elimination chamber match.

Predicted Winner: Rhea Ripley

Men's Elimination Chamber: Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton vs. Bobby Lashley vs. LA Knight vs. Kevin Owens vs. Logan Paul

The winner of the men's elimination chamber match will face Seth "Freakin" Rollins at WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship. This feels like the perfect opportunity for Drew McIntyre to capitalize on his rising popularity as a heel amongst the WWE Universe before WrestleMania. Last week on Monday Night Raw, Solo Sikoa of the Bloodline interfered in a match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes which allowed McIntyre to pin Rhodes for the win, making him the first person to pin Cody Rhodes since his loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.

Drew McIntyre has all the momentum coming into this match and just needs to deliver and finally earn his long-sought-after rematch against World Heavyweight Champion SethRollins at WrestleMania XL.

Predicted winner: Drew McIntyre
