On Saturday, April 22 from 2:00 to 3:30, Shane Claiborne and St. Johns Church of God in Christ will host an event at 2402 OrcuN Avenue in Newport News. A blacksmith will forge a gun into a garden tool and victims of gun violence will share their stories. The event is free and open to the public and sponsored by the James River Chapter of the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy.
