Robbie Gould won't be in the fold when the 49ers open up minicamp on Tuesday in Santa Clara, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
49ers’ kicker Robbie Gould still has not signed his franchise tag, thus he will not be at minicamp.

June 10, 2019 Because Gould is not currently under contract, the 49ers can't fine the veteran kicker for his absence from minicamp, which runs through Thursday. Back in April, Gould signaled, via Schefter, that he wants to play for his hometown Chicago Bears. With Gould AWOL, Jonathan Brown, a 26-year-old undrafted free agent, with zero NFL experience, is the only kicker on hand.
