Barry Bonds falls well short of Hall of Fame induction for 7th year in a row

For the seventh year in a row, Barry Bonds has been kept out of Cooperstown.

The Giants legend and all-time Home Run King drew 59.1 percent of the vote, his highest total ever (up from his 56.4 percent a year ago) but still well short of the 75-percent threshold required for enshrinement in the Hall of Fame.

  • Mariano Rivera
  • Roy Halladay
  • Edgar Martinez
  • Mike Mussina
