Dana Stubblefield, the one-time 49ers star, has been found guilty of rape with threat of a gun in an incident that occured in Morgan Hill in 2015.
Per Robert Salonga of the Mercury News, the jury did "not convict on charges that Jane Doe was mentally unable to legally consent to sex but was convinced a rape occurred." Stubblefield has been remanded to jail and will next appear in court on Aug. 29. The former player faces a maximum of 15 years to life.
