DeMarcus Cousins will be active for Game 1 of the NBA Finals, according to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr.
The news caps a long road to recovery for Cousins, who tore his quad back on April 15 at Oracle, in the Warriors' second game of the first round. Kevin Durant, the other injured All-Star, remains absent for the opener against Toronto.
