Forbes values Warriors at $3.5 billion, up from $315 million when Lacob and Guber bought club

Forbes has released its annual list of NBA franchise valuations and the Warriors, once again, have taken a large leap, now worth $3.5 billion — good for third in the league.
With Chase Center poised to open in the fall, the Warriors are poised to vault to the top of the list. The growth during the era of Joe Lacob and Peter Guber is simply staggering:
