Warriors fall just short of Magic, lose 100-96

Another day, another down-to-the-wire Warriors loss.

Golden State Warriors fans witnessed a familiar game Sunday afternoon against the Magic. Golden State lost 100-96, but they once again found themselves within reach of the W in the final few minutes.

Alec Burks hit a pull-up three to bring the Warriors to within 2. That was immediately followed by Orlando 5-second violation which allowed the Warriors, with 6 seconds on the clock, to either go for the 2 and tie, or go for the game-winning three.

They chose to go for 3. Burks would get a good look off of a screen, but ultimately missed the shot and the Warriors proceeded to lose their 17th game of the season.

After going 0-for-10 from the field last game, Glenn Robinson III bounced back with a team-high 19 points on 8-of-16 shooting.

Willie Cauley-Stein had his first double-double as a Golden State Warrior. He scored 11 points and tallied 12 boards, including this very strange shot:
