The Golden State Warriors got their first win of the season after suffering back-to-back blowout losses their first two games.
The Dubs beat the New Orleans Pelicans 134-123.
Today was a good day for Draymond Green. No. 23 recorded his 23rd career regular-season triple-double bringing the Warriors to 23-0 when Green has a triple-double. All of this just hours after his alma mater, Michigan State, announced they are retiring his jersey.
He also had the Warriors first bucket of the game, which, was also the Warriors first lead they've had this season.

Steve Kerr decided to make some changes to the starting lineup and went small... REALLY small to start: Stephen Curry, D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Poole, Glenn Robinson and Draymond Green at center.
It worked and they came out with much more energy. The rookie Jordan Poole had three triples in the first quarter. He finished with 13 points.
Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 26 points, 11 assists, and 3 rebounds.
D'Angelo Russell got off to a slow start but he got hot and had 24 points, 8 assists, and 7 rebounds.
This behind the back pass from Steph to D'Lo was beautiful:
