The Warriors found a way to hang on and force a Game 6, winning 106-105 on Monday night in Toronto.
The win came at a heavy cost as Kevin Durant sustained an Achilles injury in the second quarter. Bob Myers, the club's basketball boss, announced the news at a teary postgame press conference.
