'An incredible win and a horrible loss' — Warriors extend series, but KD sustains Achilles injury

Don't count the back-to-back champs out just yet. 

The Warriors found a way to hang on and force a Game 6, winning 106-105 on Monday night in Toronto.

The win came at a heavy cost as Kevin Durant sustained an Achilles injury in the second quarter. Bob Myers, the club's basketball boss, announced the news at a teary postgame press conference.

Head coach Steve Kerr summarized the night best.

Durant is set to undergo an MRI on Tuesday.

Before KD left the game he was balling. He had 11 points in 12 minutes and was 3-3 from beyond the arc. Prayers up for a speedy recovery. 

The Splash Brothers stepped up big time after Kevin Durant went down with a right lower leg injury. 

Stephen Curry finished with 31 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists.
