KD might be headed to Brooklyn, but he’ll forever be a Warrior, in the eyes of Joe Lacob.
The day after Durant's departure, Lacob issued a lenghty statement.
“As long as I'm Co-Chairman of this team, no player will ever wear No. 35 for the Warriors again,” Lacob declared.
