June 14, 2019 In what proved to a remarkable scene, Thompson injured his leg and needed help from a pair of teammates to limp down the tunnel. Then, just a couple of minutes later, Thompson returned to the floor to shoot free throws. He had originally been injured when Danny Green fouled him during a layup attempt.
