Antonio Brown stepped to the podium, but didn’t take questions, on Friday after head coach Jon Gruden announced that he would be playing on Monday night.
“I’m excited to be out here today,” a clearly subdued Brown told reporters at the club’s Alameda headquarters.
Brown had lived through a turbulent few days, which included a near fight with GM Mike Mayock and the public threat of a suspension.
