Para, who hit .284 with a .714 OPS last year for the Rockies, will be in big league camp, according to Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area. Last year, Para saw 111 games in left field and 10 in right.
President of baseball ops. Farhan Zaidi has long maintained that the Giants are aiming to add a pair of experienced outfielders, so the arrival of Para doesn’t preclude the capture of Bryce Harper.
