NFL Insider, Adam Schefter tweeted Tuesday morning that 49ers franchise kicker Robbie Gould told the team he will not negotiate or sign a long-term deal.
It's worth noting that Gould, who had been franchise tagged by the club back in February, has been absent from the 49ers' offseason program. The tag would have paid Gould about $5 million.
