Bruce Bochy, the three-time World Series champ, seems to have already grown tired of retirement.

In an appearance on Mad Dog Sports Radio, Chris Russo predicted that Bochy will be back (not next year but in 2021) and the longtime Giant didn’t exactly shoot it down:

“I’m just hitting the pause button,” Bochy said.

“That’s all, ya know?” Bochy continued. “Just taking a sabbatical here for a year. Then… I’ll see where I’m at. I don’t know how I’m going to feel but I’d love to have one more shot.”

Stay tuned. Plenty of clubs will be interested in Bochy should he hit the managerial market this time next year.
