
Cueto, who has been working his way back from Tommy John surgery, hasn’t pitched on a major league mound in nearly 13 months. The starter’s last outing for the Giants came last summer on July 28 at what was then AT&T Park.
On Tuesday night, Cueto worked 4.1 innings for the High-A San Jose Giants, throwing 60 pitches as he allowed four earned runs on four hits. In what was his fourth rehab outing, Cueto walked one and struck out three.
