After Stephen Curry rolled his right ankle in Tuesday night’s 112-103 win over the Pelicans, head coach Steve Kerr told reporters that he thinks the face of the franchise will be good to go for Game 1 of the playoffs, which arrives this weekend.

“He's in there icing it," Kerr said. "We think he's going to be fine. He tweaked it, but we weren't going to mess around."

While the team initially deemed the injury a mild right foot sprain, Kerr called it a sprained ankle.

Curry, who has already been listed as out for the regular-season finale against the Grizzlies, didn’t speak with reporters, but Anthony Slater of The Athletic caught video of the guard exiting the arena

While Kerr expressed optimism immediately in the wake of the injury, the key for the Warriors will be to see how Curry’s ankle reacts in the days to come.
