The latest lawsuit filed against Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is by a woman who claims he assaulted and harassed her during a massage session in November 2020.

Allegations in the lawsuit are similar to 21 others filed since mid-March in Harris County, as well as a separate account from a massage therapist who spoke to Sports Illustrated.

In Monday's filing, a licensed esthetician accuses Watson of exposing himself and touching her with his penis, the pattern also alleged by the other plaintiffs suing Watson.

The woman says Watson reached out to her Nov. 9 through an Instagram direct message. While she says she made it clear to Watson she specialized in skin care and not massage therapy, he still wanted a massage from her, specifically.

Watson, according to the lawsuit, said he discovered her through the "explore" section of his Instagram feed, which takes a user's past likes and interests to present different posts from accounts they don’t yet follow.

The woman claims even when she tried to recommend a massage therapist to Watson, he declined and insisted he wanted her to perform the massage.

In the lawsuit, the woman says Watson pressured her to massage near his anus. She also accuses Watson of grabbing her buttocks, with an exposed and erect penis, before saying "you can sit on it."

The woman says she told Watson multiple times she was not comfortable with his advances, at one point saying it was not how "she got down," according to the lawsuit.

Watson told her to sign a non-disclosure agreement before he could pay, which she did, the lawsuit states.

Shortly after he left, Watson paid the woman $250 through CashApp, despite the service costing only $65, according to the lawsuit.

As the lawsuits pile up against Watson, the Houston Police Department announced last week a complaint was filed against him and they are investigating.

The NFL is also investigating a possible violation of the league's personal conduct policy.

Even before the lawsuits, Watson and the Texans were at a standoff regarding his future with the team, as the quarterback has requested a trade.

Texans general manager Nick Caserio previously expressed no interest in trading Watson. But that was before these allegations.

Still, even if the Texans are willing to deal Watson, it's questionable whether they can get the same return given the mounting allegations and uncertainty.
