Andre Iguodala dazzles with ridiculous behind-the-back pass vs. Bulls

The Warriors have looked sluggish on their current road trip but came out firing in the first half against the Chicago Bulls Friday. Not to mention the contest marked the second game of a back-to-back, following Thursday’s deflating loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Veteran Andre Iguodala didn’t sit Friday despite playing 13 minutes Thursday night. The Warriors are glad he didn’t rest.

Iguodala chipped in early with five points, four steals and three assists in the first half. His steal and lengthy behind-the-back pass from Damion Lee was a hot topic on Twitter during the game.

Steph Curry has called Iguodala the Warriors’ “Wizard of Oz” and you don’t have to wonder why when you see that. The 37-year-old Iguodala loves to have fun on the court. He loves to have fun on the bench, too.

As the Warriors ran up the score toward the end of the second quarter en route to a 78-47 halftime lead, Iguodala prematurely went to the locker room. He must have seen enough from the white-hot Warriors offense after Curry splashed this 3-pointer following a Bulls turnover on an inbounds play.

Iguodala has been a key part to the Warriors’ renaissance this season and has proven he can be a difference maker, which is huge as Golden State is expected to be without Draymond Green until next Tuesday.
