The Warriors are in bad shape. They're 6-15 over their last 21 games while being a bottom-three offense in that time frame. So is there a move to be made?
Anthony Slater said it's more likely they make another trade than stand pat at the deadline, but that it probably won't change the NBA hierarchy.

"I don't think it's necessarily going to be Earth-shattering," Slater said. "I'm not sure there's going to be a deal in the league that's going to shake up the contention list... As far as the Warriors go, a Schroder 2.0-type deal. Maybe a steadier rotation player. Consolidate some of your talent, maybe use the rest of your second-round draft capital or maybe a protected first."
The top name Slater picked out? Chicago's Nikola Vucevic.
"Obviously the name I've heard and has been bounced around is [Nikola] Vucevic. I've been talking to the franchise for a while now. They understand that stretch five is something they lack and would really help unlock some of the lineups that are kind of handcuffed. Vucevic, theoretically, would seem like one of the more available, appealing options out there because he's had a really good season and you would think Chicago, at some point, needs to hit a little bit of a rebuild."
Vucevic has been having a resurgent year, averaging 20.2 points, 10.1 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game while shooting 42.8 percent from deep on 4.8 attempts per game. He has just a $20 million cap hit with a $21.48 million hit next season. All that said, the Warriors may just not be good enough.
"I know people don't love to hear it, but I don't think there's a lot of real, true answers to solve the frustrations of everyone," Slater said. "Because I just think they're generally flawed overall and I don't think they answer is out there."
