Bob Myers might not have a fever, but he’s gonna get more cowbell on Wednesday night.

When the Warriors were in Sacramento to begin this series, their president of basketball operations/general manager was sitting out in the stands with the fans. Including one Kings fan who proudly rang his cowbell in the ear of Myers and assistant general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr.

During his appearance on 95.7 The Game’s “Steiny & Guru” Wednesday, Myers said he had no problem with the fan ringing the cowbell.

“He’s rooting for his team,” Myers told hosts Matt Stienmetz and Daryle ‘The Guru’ Johnson. “He didn’t touch me, he didn’t hit me, he didn’t swear at me. That’s what sports is. He’s rooting for his team. Fine. The thing I don’t like? It’s gonna be worse tonight. I don’t need extra cowbell. They’re loud.”

The Kings fans should be fired up for Game 5 as the winner will be one victory away from the second round.

“I shouldn’t even say this, but they’re loud, man,” Myers said. “If you were sitting with me, the cowbells cut through the noise. I had no problem with it. I turned around and I was talking to that guy. From my vantage point, he didn’t do anything bad or say anything wrong to me.”

Myers also weighed in on coach Steve Kerr’s decision to have Draymond Green come off the bench in Game 4 after he was suspended in Game 3 and suggested the move. The offense has flowed well in the past two games as the Warriors have evened up the series despite falling in an 0-2 hole.

“I said whatever you think is right Steve, I’m in,” Myers said. “I’ll support you, you’ve navigated us through a lot of stuff the past nine years.”

Myers said Draymond just wants to win at all costs.

"When I spoke to him, he said, ‘What else would I do?’” Myers said. “One thing about this guy, the desire to win should never be questioned. Now, how he goes about it at times, he would even raise his hand and say, ‘Yeah, I shouldn’t have done this’ or ‘Shouldn’t have done that.’ But never question his desire to win.”
