Welcome to the fashion section of NBA Finals preparation. The league released the uniform schedule for all seven games (if it goes that long) on Wednesday.

Here’s how both teams will be looking:
Of note, the Celtics and Warriors will both be sticking to their traditional whites for every home game. The NBA does not mandate teams wear white at home, as we’ve seen with the Celtics wearing both green and black at home at times this postseason.
On the road, the Celtics are set to wear their traditional greens for three of a possible four games in San Francisco (Games 1, 2 and 7). Their only game wearing their black alternates would be Game 5.
The Warriors, meanwhile, are set to wear their traditional road blues just once in the series, in Game 6. They’ll opt for their black “City” uniforms for Games 3 and 4 in Boston.
The Warriors will not wear the throwback “Classic Edition” blue uniforms (pictured below) that they wore for both regular-season meetings against Boston this season. It would have been an interesting touch if they did, as those uniforms are the closest to what they wore the last time these two teams met in the Finals, way back in 1964. Bill Russell and the Celtics beat Wilt Chamberlain and the then-San Francisco Warriors in five games that year.

The uniform schedule is subject to change if a team changes its mind and the NBA approves the switch.
