Is Warriors superstar Steph Curry the favorite for the 2021 NBA MVP award?
During a recent appearance on the Rex Chapman show, Steph himself believes exactly that.
"I mean I gotta be," Curry told Chapman and Josh Hopkins. "I gotta be. I probably won't get it, but whatever. I like to be dramatic sometimes, I'm just setting the table."

Curry, who at the age of 33 has managed to carry an injury-riddled Warriors team to an even 29-29 record, is having one of the best statistical seasons of his career, averaging a career-high 31.4 points, 5.9 assists, and 5.5 rebounds per game, while shooting 43.1-percent from the field.
Curry will continue his MVP campaign on Wednesday night, when they take on Bradley Beal, Russel Westbrook and the Washington Wizards at Capital One Arena.
