The Warriors' road frustrations continued in Oklahoma City on Tuesday night -- and appeared to boil over for four-time All-Star Draymond Green.

During a head-turning sequence late in the second quarter against the Thunder, Green seemed to give up on a play after ballhandler Jordan Poole declined to pass him the ball in the paint for a potential open shot.

After frenetically waving his hands to signal he was open, Green threw down his arms and turned his back on the play. In the meantime, Poole had given up the ball to Klay Thompson, who bounced a pass in the direction of the unwitting Green, resulting in a turnover.

For the Warriors, it was the latest example of an apparent disconnect in team chemistry, a storyline which first exploded into the headlines in the preseason, when Green slugged Poole during an apparent argument at practice.

"I felt we were a little disconnected in the first half several times," Kerr said. "We talked about that at halftime and tried to get there and compete in the second half. There was definitely a disconnect in the first half and it cost us."

The reigning champions have seen uneven results on the court this year, particularly in their home and road splits. At Chase Center, they own a shiny record of 27-7, but Tuesday's loss at Paycom Center dropped them to 7-25 on the road.

All told, the Dubs were in sixth place in the Western Conference entering Wednesday's action -- just a half-game out of seventh place and a potential trip to the postseason Play-In Tournament.

In any event, Green's stunt did not go over well on social media, where fans were quick to call out his seemingly impetuous behavior.
