During his introductory press conference Monday, Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. addressed the futures of several players, including Draymond Green, Jordan Pool, and Jonathan Kuminga.
Dunleavy made it clear that he wants Green to re-up with the organization this offseason after multiple outlets reported that the 11-year veteran would opt out of the final year of his contract. And as for Poole and Kuminga, the two players who are reportedly being shopped this offseason, Dunleavy said he expected those players to return as well.
"We love having those guys here. Jordan especially with his contract extension. We plan to have him here for four more years, at least. And then Jonathan, he's shown really good progression and growth in his first couple of years. Unfortunately for him, I think the playing time hasn't been there. I think that's on all of our shoulders to figure out how to get him in the game more. That's on Jonathan's shoulders to improve and make the right adjustments to his game. ... Both of those guys are really, really good young players. They have great value around the league. Obviously, a lot of rumors come up this time of year, but we're happy with those guys."
