Jordan Poole has been diplomatic about The Punch from Draymond Green that derailed the Warriors 2022-23 season, but his dad jumped off the top rope late Tuesday night.
After the PatBev Podcast shared a clip from its most recent episode, with Draymond trying to defend his vicious punch to Poole’s head, Jordan’s dad, Anthony, made his feelings known with a pointed tweet.
Most notable? Anthony Poole said Draymond was “soft as b—ch” and never reached out to him or his wife. Draymond then responded with a tweet of his own.
I’m stand on this that’s is some bs. Jp was his guy and he avoid me all last yr. He is a soft as bitch and I’m standing on this and he didn’t apologize to me and my wife. So he lame and me and him can meet anytime he want

Damn, Pops!
It seems any hypothetical bridge between Draymond and the Pooles has been burnt.
To be fair, JP has taken the high road when discussing the matter throughout the past nine months. Most recently, Poole deflected queries about the situation from reporters while doing his first press conference as part of the Washington Wizards.
Even though Draymond and JP aren’t on the same team anymore, the scab of the wound has been ripped off again with Green’s recent comments. Perhaps the two sides will come to shake hands and let the situation die one day, but it appears that Draymond never addressed the situation properly or took responsibility while Poole was his teammate.
The Warriors and Wizards only play each other twice a season, but you can be sure this issue will be talked about ad nauseam when the two squads face off.
